There's two ways you can solve this. 1) Redownload the cars you got rid of, get rid of all the extra parts for cash, auction them, and never buy them again if you don't like them. OR 2) Delete your mechanic. Yeah, only way you can permenetly remove it, is to delete the files, than your Mechanic (your game). That way if you don't like it, you can delete the car and write ove the mec file so the game acts as if the car was never installed.
